1. What EC levels do you offer?
We offer both High EC (Unwashed) and Low EC (Washed) substrate options. High EC products are suitable for customers who prefer to buffer at destination, while Low EC products are ready for direct use.
2. Can your products be customized based on our requirements?
Yes, we provide customization based on: Substrate mix (peat / husk chips ratio), Product size and weight, EC level, Packaging and labeling
3. What substrate mix options do you provide?
Common mix options include: 100% Coco Peat, 70% Coco Peat + 30% Husk Chips, 50% Coco Peat + 50% Husk Chips. Mix ratios can be adjusted depending on crop type, irrigation method, and climate conditions.Â
4. What applications are your products suitable for?
Our products are used across: Greenhouse cultivation, Hydroponic systems, Nursery propagation, Commercial farming. We support the full cultivation cycle from propagation to harvesting.
5. How do you ensure consistent product quality?
We follow a controlled process including: Raw material selection, Processing and screening, Moisture and compression control, Final product inspection. This ensures consistent structure and performance across batches.
6. What packaging and loading options do you offer?
We provide: PE-wrapped or naked products, Palletized or loose container loading, Custom packaging and labeling. Loading configurations are optimized to maximize container utilization.
7. What is your typical order and delivery process?
Once requirements are confirmed: Step 1: Product specifications are finalized, Step 2: Production is scheduled, Step 3: Quality checks are completed, Step 4: Shipment is arranged. We focus on maintaining delivery timelines and product consistency.
